About SM College Scholarship
The SM College Scholarship is one of the scholarships provided by the SM Foundation, Inc. Its a common belief that once a family member graduates from college, he or she will help his or her siblings in attending school in order to help and move their families out of poverty.
For over two decades, the SM Foundation has provided college scholarship programs. The SM College Scholarship believes that education is the solution to poverty. This scholarship program helps students to unlock their potential and achieve their goals.

What are the Qualifications?
Following is the eligibility criteria required to apply for SM College Scholarship:
- Grade 12 graduates from public and private schools in the areas covered. Applicants from private schools must have a DepEd voucher and must be Grade 10 finishers from public high schools.
- Applicant must have a general weighted average grade of at least 92% or its equivalent for Grade 12 – 1st semester.
- Candidates must have an annual total household income of P150,000 or less.
Documentary Requirements
Following is the list of documents one needs to submit while applying for SM College Scholarship:
- A fully accomplished online application form
- Birth Certificate
- Latest Grade 12 report card
- Two (2) copies of recent 2×2 ID pictures; and
- Sketch of residence to the nearest SM Mall.
- Latest Income Tax Returns of parent/s or guardian/Certificate of Non-Filing of Income/Certificate of Indigency;
