What documents do you need to prepare?

Get these ready before you start the application. Missing even one can delay your submission:

Required for all applicants:

  • Current Certificate of Registration or Enrollment must have a wet signature from the registrar
  • Latest copy of grades must also have a wet signature from the registrar

Proof of financial need (submit whichever applies to your family’s situation):

  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents or guardians
  • BIR Tax Exemption Certificate
  • Certificate of Indigency
  • OFW or seafarer proof of income or contract
  • Latest electric or water bill (if available)

For shortlisted applicants only:

  • Recommendation letter (instructions will be sent to you by email if you make it to this stage)

How to apply for the scholarship

The application process is fully online. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Fill out the eligibility form

Go to the official Ayala U-Go Scholarship eligibility portal and complete the form. This step determines whether you qualify to proceed to the full application.

Step 2: Wait for your eligibility result

After submitting, check your email. Eligible applicants will receive an application ID and a link to the full application form within 48 hours. Non-eligible applicants will also be notified by email.

Step 3: Complete the application form and upload your documents
