Registering your SMART sim card involves 3 easy steps, which are as follows:

2. Fill out the form and upload required documents
3. Get Control Number after successful registration

Requirements to register Sim Card

Following is the information required to register a SMART SIM online:

• Mobile Number with Serial Number (Serial number to be provided by SMART)
• Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Complete Address
• Gender / Sex
• Upload a valid government-issued ID (list given below)
• A liveness check and/or live selfie photo will be required for validation.

• Government Service Insurance System E-Card;
• Driver’s License;
• National Bureau of Investigation Clearance;

• Bureau of Internal Revenue ID;

Following are some important points which a person must keep in mind while going through the registration process:

• You must only provide accurate and correct information while registering your SIM Card as it is important for a successful sim registration
• You must be aware that providing false or fictitious information, using fictitious identities or fraudulent identification documents to register a SIM, carries with it a penalty of imprisonment, fine, or both, pursuant to RA No. 11934.
• After submitting all the requirements, subscribers need to accept the attestation statement, and may provide their consent for marketing and promotions.
• For Postpaid subscribers, the information and documents submitted during application already covers the SIM Registration requirements.

How to register SMART Sim Card Online

All eligible and interested individuals can register their SMART Sim card online by following the steps given below:

1. Go to online SMART SIM Registration online website (link given below)
2. Scroll down and find Start your Registration Here!
3. Enter your mobile number, tick on the checkbox beside Terms and Conditions after reading it,
4. Click on Send OTP. An One-Time-Pin (OTP) will be sent to you via text message,
5. Enter the OTP you received and click on submit,
6. You will see a success message, click on OK to proceed with the registration,
7. Select the Type of Registration, Your Nationality and the ID Card,
8. Next, upload the ID Card by taking a photo for verification,
9. Next, take a selfie of yourself for Face verification,
10. After ID Card and Face verification is complete, you will see your ID Card Number, First Name and other basic details automatically filled in the form. If the details are correct, click on “Next” button,
11. Enter your Address Information and an alternative contact information and click “Next”,
12. A summary of the information entered by you will be displayed, if everything looks correct, proceed ahead, else edit the info,
13. Next, Tick the check box beside the attestation which states that everything declared above is true and accurate; then, click on Next to complete the sim card registration,
14. After successful registration, a thank you page will be displayed with a Control Number at the bottom,
15. Make sure to screenshot / save the control number as this number will serve as your Certificate of SMART SIM Registration.
