Documentary Requirements

Following is the list of documents required to apply for Signature credit card:

1. One (1) photo-bearing and unexpired identification documents (front & back copy):
   • Identification documents issued by the Government of the Republic of the Philippines including its political subdivisions, agencies and instrumentalities (e.g., Passport, Driver’s License, PhilID, etc.)
   • Company ID issued by private entities or institutions registered in BSP, SEC or IC
2. Proof of income or copy of your credit card statement from another bank.
