All TNT users are required to register their SIM card in Philippines to continue using their services. The sim registration is a measure taken by the Philippines government to prevent and reduce scams and frauds.

Information needed to register TNT Sim

All users are required to provide and submit the following information for SIM registration:

1. Mobile Number with Serial Number (Serial number to be provided by SMART)
2. Full Name
3. Date of Birth
4. Complete Address
5. Sex
6. Upload a valid government-issued ID (list given below)
7. A liveness check and/or live selfie photo will be required for validation.

Important Notes:

• After submitting all the requirements, subscribers need to accept the attestation statement, and may provide their consent for marketing and promotions.

List of IDs accepted to register TNT Sim Card

Following is the list of acceptable valid IDs or similar form of documents with photo required to verify the identity of the end-users:

1. Passport;
2. Philippine Identification;
3. Social Security System ID;
4. Government Service Insurance System E-Card;
5. Driver’s License;
6. National Bureau of Investigation Clearance;
7. Police Clearance;
8. Firearms’ License to Own and Possess ID;
9. Professional Regulation Commission ID;
10. Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID;
11. Overseas Workers Welfare Administration ID;
12. Bureau of Internal Revenue ID;
13. Voter’s ID;
14. Senior Citizen’s Card;
15. Unified Multi-purpose Identification Card;
16. Person with Disabilities Card; or
17. Other valid government-issued ID with Photo

Please note that providing false or fictitious information, using fictitious identities or fraudulent identification documents to register a SIM, carries with it a penalty of imprisonment, fine, or both, pursuant to RA No. 11934.

Step-by-step TNT Sim Registration Process

Follow the steps given below to register your TNT Sim online:

1. Visit the online TNT SIM Registration website from here: https://smart.com.ph/simreg
2. Scroll down, find Start your Registration Here! Heading and Enter your mobile number
3. Now, read and agree on Smart Company’s terms & conditions and privacy notice
4. Click on Send OTP and you will receive a One-Time-Pin (OTP) in text message
5. Enter the OTP and click on submit, you will see a success message
6. Now the registration process starts, You will see a Customer Information form
7. Fill out the form and upload your valid government ID by taking a picture
8. Now, take a selfie for Face verification
9. You will return to the customer information form and your info will be automatically filled from your ID
10. Manually edit the information if there are any changes and then click on “Next”
11. Now, you will see the summary of all the information. Check all your information once again
12. Tap on the checkbox to promise that all the information provided by you is true and click on “Next”
13. You will see a congratulations page with Control Number and a message stating that you have successfully registered your SIM.
14. Make sure to take a screenshot of the control number for future as this control number as your certificate of registration.
15. After successful registration of your TNT SIM, wait for the text confirmation and you will also receive 3GB data for free.
