Requirements to register TM Sim Card

Filipino citizens, Foreign nationals, and Authorized representative of the company can register their TM sim card in the Philippines. The list of requirements is given below.

Registering as Filipino Citizen

If you’re Filipino citizen, you will need the following information to register TM Sim Card:

• Full name
• Date of Birth
• Gender / Sex
• Address
• Government ID presented + ID number
• Valid government ID with photo (max file size: 4MB)

Registering as Foreign National in the Philippines

If you’re Foreign national in the Philippines visiting as a Tourist, you will need the following information to register TM Sim Card:

• Passport (i.e., copy of the bio-page and pages where the current visa is stamped or shown)
• Proof of address in the Philippines (booking in a hotel or other type of accommodation, or in the absence thereof, an affidavit/letter from the owner of the house or residence where such foreign national will stay)
• Return ticket to country of origin or to another country indicating date and time of departure from the Philippines

If you’re Foreign national in the Philippines with another type of visa, you will need the following information to register TM Sim Card:

• Passport (i.e., copy of the bio-page and pages where the current visa is stamped or shown) indicating passport number, full name and nationality
• Proof of address in the Philippines (booking in a hotel or other type of accommodation, or in the absence thereof, an affidavit/letter from the owner of the house or residence where such foreign national will stay)
• Other pertinent document, whichever is applicable:
  • Alien Certificate of Registration Identification Card (ACRI-Card) from the Bureau of Immigration or other types of official ID issued by any other visa-issuing agency
  • Alien Employment Permit from the Department of Labor and Employment or School registration and ID for students
  • For Persons of Concern or POCs, the type of travel or admission document validly issued by the Philippine Department of Justice

Registering Under Company Name

If you’re registering your TM sim card under a company name, then an authorized representative should prepare the following information:

• Details of the Authorized Representative:
  • Name of the representative
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender / Sex
  • Nationality
• Company Name
• Company Address
• Type of Government ID presented + ID number
• Valid government ID with photo (max file size: 4MB)
• Certificate of Registration / DTI Registration (max file size: 4MB)
• Board Resolution / Proof of Authority designating the authorized representative OR a Special Power of Attorney (max file size: 4MB)

How to register TM Sim

All eligible and interested individuals can register their TM Sim card online by following the steps given below:

1. Visit the Official TM Sim Card Registration website – https://new.globe.com.ph/simreg.
2. Select your preferred language from English / Taglish
3. Now Enter your 10-digit mobile number and click on Register
4. Now an OTP will be sent to your number
5. Enter the OTP sent to your number
6. Once verified, you will be proceeded to Online Registration Form
7. Fill in the following information in the Online Registration Form:
   • Your Name
   • Date of Birth
   • Gender
   • Address
   • Nationality etc,
8. Now, choose the type of Government ID and Click on the “Attach” Button
9. Upload your Government ID and with a Selfie
10. Agree the TM Sim Privacy notice by ticking on the check Box
11. Click on Submit Button to complete the online registration Process.
12. A Reference Number will be displayed on the screen, after the online registration is complete.
13. Take a Screenshot of the reference number or save it for future reference.
14. The Reference Number is a proof that you have completed your sim registration.

How to Register TM Sim card using GlobeOne app

Follow the steps given below to register TM Sim Card using Globe One app:

1. Open your GlobeOne App and Select “Register SIM”
2. An OTP will be sent to you for verification, enter OTP to validate
3. Enter your personal details like Mobile Number, First name, Last name, Birthday and Sex / Gender
4. Select your Nationality and Registration Type and enter your local address
5. Next select ID type, enter ID number and upload photo of your valid and a selfie for identity verification
6. Tick the checkbox beside Terms and conditions after reading it and click on Submit
7. A Registration Complete message will be shown on screen with a Reference Code
8. Make sure to copy the code or take a screenshot of the code for future reference.

How to receive OTP for TM prepaid WIFI user

You will receive the OTP in your GUI inbox. You may access your modem inbox by following the steps below:

1. Visit the sim registration website – new.globe.com.ph/simreg.
2. Enter your SIM number to get your One-Time Password (OTP).
3. To access your OTP, make sure you are connected to your Prepaid WiFi. Then, go to your modem dashboard. For Prepaid WiFi customers, type the IP link indicated at the back of your modem or http://192.168.254.254/ . For Prepaid Internet Kit customers, go to globebroadband.net.
4. Log in to your modem dashboard using credentials found at the back or bottom of your modem.
5. Click the SMS tab of your modem dashboard to get your OTP.
6. Go back to the SIM registration site to input your OTP.
7. Provide your information and government ID.
8. Click “Submit” and take note of your registration reference number.

How to Receive OTP for MyFi user

To receive OTP as a MyFi user, follow the steps given below:

1. Connect to your MyFi device.
